we're not in terrible zombie times anymore, are we? dystopia times get dystopia rules, vice versa.

i am being fair here, believe it or not. i don't care if you want to OD on your own time, but seeing as most of the medical guys who end up here tend to just up and leave, someone has to look out for everyone else.
